With the full service package, every detail of your wedding is managed by Events Extraordinaire. We will be with you from start to finish, tending to all of your wedding planning needs. This package includes phone consultations, unlimited email consultations, unlimited face- to face consultations, site visits, meetings with vendors, negotiating with vendors, preparation of budget, create timeline of wedding planning activities, assistance with arranging for hotel room block, assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories, coordination of other activities during wedding weekend, coordinate transportation, assistance with menu selection and developing floor plan.

In preparation of the wedding day we will create an event schedule. This schedule will be distributed to all vendors. This package also includes coordination at the wedding rehearsal and on-site assistance for up to 8 hours. Prior to the wedding, Events Extraordinaire will contact all of the vendors and confirm their services at the wedding. We will be the point of contact that day so you can relax and enjoy your affair. We arrive with our ‘emergency kit’ to handle any last minute needs. On-site at the wedding, we will take care of the following: set up of place cards, wedding programs, yarmulkes, wedding favors, decorations etc. We also assist the wedding party in pinning flowers and in preparation of the ceremony. During the reception, we work with the banquet captain to make sure the evening flows flawlessly. At the end of the reception we will pack up the gifts and personal belongings, in preparation for the bride and groom’s departure.
